Some of the important things you would like to know

Please find below some of the most frequently asked questions about staying in our holiday lets:

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11am on the morning of departure except Eastcliff House which is 10am to allow enough time to prepare the house for incoming guests the same day. We may be able to extend this if we don't have a same day turnaround but it is subject to availability and can only be confirmed up to 48 hours before departure.

Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately pets are not permitted in any of our properties.

Do I have to leave a damage deposit?

Yes, on the larger properties. The damage security deposit is £500 on The Beach House and £1000 on Eastcliff House. Following a check-out after departure it will be refunded subject to our terms and conditions and provided there are no damages or missing items.

What happens if I break something?

Any major breakages/damages caused directly by persons staying at the properties over a value of £25 will be charged to the group leader. We accept that minor breakages such as broken glasses do occur, and deal with each case individually.

Can I smoke?

All our properties are no smoking anywhere inside the buildings. We have a zero tolerance approach to any breach of this rule.

Do you allow hen and stag groups?

Hen & stag groups are welcome to stay at The Beach House for accommodation purposes with a few stipulations. Credit card details will be held in addition to the security deposit of £500 in case of damage and an exit check will be conducted on departure from the property with any excess cleaning or any damages charged to the credit card. Please note that The Beach House is located in a residential area and excess noise (particularly at anti-social hours) will not be permitted. Eastcliff House is aimed more at a family and friends market and will only be considered for hen and stag groups on an individual basis so please contact us before booking.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Due to the build period of all our properties, unfortunately none of them have been built to be wheelchair friendly and all feature steps. Please contact us direct if you have any particular access requirements.

Do you own your own properties?

Yes! All of our properties are owned and managed by ourselves. Our best prices are always by booking direct through this website.
